A Clear Vision

By Bharataji Miguel Borges The Power of a Clear Vision is what can makes you move towards your destiny. You may be "out of track" most of the time but... if you have a clear vision... you will arrive. Sooner or later. You know that a plane if 90% "of track" during a flight. And the pilot is constantly with an eye on the control panel. Well... with your Vision is just the same. It is OK even if you are 90% "of track" but you MUST keep an eye on your Vision (your "control panel") to make sure you're moving on the right direction. So... "always keep an eye on your Vision". Move forward Having a Clear Vision is just like the focus of a camera. Before you shoot you focus. About your vision you need to do the same. Focus it every day before you "shoot". To have a Clear Vision it is very useful to have well defined objectives. And these can start with the definition of DREAM... ... let me share with you something very simple but useful that I learned one day. DREAM. D = date R = realistic E = specific A = ambitious M = measurable Let's start from the beginning: your DREAM must be divided in Short Term Dreams (STD = less than 1 year), Medium Term Dreams (MTD = between 1 and 3 years) and Long Term Dreams (LTD = more than 3 years). This means that each of your DREAMs (the matter of your Vision) must have a date. Setting a date is the only way you can know if you did it or not when you get there. So set a date for each dream. Then they must be realistic which means you must define dreams that you really want to realize and that you believe (and see) you can realize them. There is no point of setting an objective that you know you will not realize. When you go into the details of your dreams you must be as much specific as possible. To motivate you every day to do a little more towards your goals, they must be challenging. And you must measure everything. This is the same as with the date. You must measure it if you want to know if you realise it or not. So...... this is as simple as it looks. To improve it a little more you can just add some pictures & photos to every single DREAM or, even better, do a time line and add the pictures and photos there and put the time map on the wall next to where you'll work. And you will going to see the results... everyday! Sincerely hope this is useful. 7 Strategies To Get Super Rich In Network Marketing By Eric Mclaughlin

If you wanted to know if there is a secret formula to get super rich in network marketing, there is. But the problem is not the formula, the problem is the people. Over 90% of those who read this will not follow this formula. And those are the people who are the opportunity seekers who jump form one opportunity to another thinking the problem is with the company. The fact is that the problem lies in them. If the leaders in a company are walking across the stage receiving bonus checks then there is nothing wrong with the company or comp plan, they proved that it is possible. The problem lies within the individual themselves. If you want to get super rich in network marketing, then follow the simple steps I've outlined below. 7 Strategies That You Need To Be Super Rich 1. Develop An Affinity With MLM Have a real intimate feeling for the people you are marketing to. Find out their pain, why they're frustrated and confused. Understand that they are angry because they've been lied to, cheated and misled. They've tried a lot of different things in the opportunity market and they're in constant emotional turmoil. The marketers who do the best job at at letting the prospect know that they are understood are the one who help the most people and make the most money. Nothing takes the place of people feeling like they're understood. So the most important thing you need to understand is that emotional pain drives the opportunity marketplace. 2. Send Out For Other Network Marketing Information All of the ideas that you are looking for are already being used by other network marketers and network marketing companies. You need to get familiar with every single MLM company that you can. This lets you immerse yourself in the marketplace and find the common denominators you need to market effectively. The easiest way to do this is to create a junk email address and opt in to every business opportunity you can. Study their headlines, see how their sales funnels are set up, notice the hypnotic persuasions and emotional trigger techniques they are using. Another good way to do this is to go to your local book store and buy a couple of business opportunity magazines and the weekend edition of USA Today. Locate the classified ads and send off for all of the 'work from home' business opportunities they offer. Send off for every single one. The purpose of this is not because you are interested in these opportunities but rather to understand and get feel of what is going on in the business opportunity world. You're going to get more junk mail than you can handle but that is the point. Open the packages, read the sales letters, study the calls to action. Create a swipe file and gather the best ones for you to reference later when you are putting together a marketing campaign. Even if you have no idea on how to market effectively, just follow this strategy, you will develop an eye for marketing. 3. Know What Your Customers Want Learn what people in this industry want and give them only these things. Don't give them what they need, what you think they need, or what you think they want. Give them ONLY what they want. I can tell you the only thing they want are systems where everything is put together for them all in one place ad one that is easy to teach to do as well (known as duplication). They want to know that they will be able to run a profitable and viable home based business. The simpler and easier it is for them the better. 4. Start Small This is one that most entrepreneurs will never follow and is why they're dead broke. Before you start spending $1000′s of dollars on fancy full page ads, 2000 click solo ads, and direct mail marketing you want to start small so that you can get a feel of what works and what doesn't. Instead of the full page magazine ads you want to start with running a couple small space ads that only cost an average of $100 and let it run for 30 days. Instead of 2000 click solo ads run a couple of 250 click solo ads. You will ALWAYS break even so you won't be spending any money doing this. The most important thing to do is split test (running two ads at the same time and see which once converts best) and scale your advertising. Scaling means taking the profit that you've earned from your previous campaign and spend more money on the ads that worked. Before you know it you will be spending thousands of dollars on laser targeted and highly responsive ads that will have you enrolling reps into your business faster than you think is possible. 5. Segment your Email List You need to separate your email list based on who is the most responsive to your emails and those who have previously purchased from you (if you sell an affiliate front end product). These are your best prospects. You have to take better care of them and develop a real bond and connection with them, almost like a friendship. You have to have constant contact and let them know that you are really trying to help them. That helps them feel better about you and will trust you meaning that they are more likely to join you and your business. 6. Develop Alliances With Other Smart Marketers Don't make the mistake of hiding yourself. Go out there and find the best marketers you can do business with and become their best friends. There are so many people out there that have more experience than you do and will help you through some of the pitfalls they went through. Nobody gets rich by themselves and if you study all of the top network marketers in the industry, you'll find that they've had a lot of help and guidance along the way. 7. Plan And Organize You need to plan and organize so you can keep track of everything and be more successful. It's boring, but it absolutely necessary. It helps you set the agenda, set deadlines, keeping your business in motion, and putting yourself under some pressure to get it done. Basically it forces you to keep the work flowing. The most important fact of this strategy is this: If you want to make more money then more of planning and organizing you'll have to do. This is what separates those who are making $5,000 a month from $50,000 a month. All you have to know is what to market to your prospects and they will be storming at you with money in hand. Think of network marketing as a giant safe that's filled with hundreds of thousands and even millions of dollars. Just figure out the magic numbers to unlock this safe and all of the money can be yours. I've already given you a head start on cracking the code. Now take action and follow the strategies that can have you Get Super Rich In Network Marketing. Please visit Eric McLaughlin's network marketing blog to learn more on how to become super rich in MLM. History of the Bulldog and Future of the Pit Bull By Parker Tolentino

The debate over breed legislation for pit bulls in the US remains a controversial one. Due to the graphic nature of recent and persistent pit bull attacks, many have decided to ban the breed from entire counties and even states. Many argue that the breed itself should not be blamed for its behavior, but lawmakers should instead change the laws to hold the owners more responsible. Others believe that regardless of who is to blame, the dogs themselves are committing violent acts and should therefore be eliminated. I believe that the problem can and should be handled the same way the early bulldog of the mid 19th century was allowed to transform from a terrifying killing machine into a docile and civilized companion. In the early 17th century, the bulldog was quickly gaining a legendary reputation in Europe for its ability to challenge much larger animals such as bears and bulls. The most popular spectacle of the times was the bull fights, where a single dog, or several dogs, would attempt to take the bull down. Many dogs were gored, flung to death, and trampled. The bulldog was the preferred dog not only for its strength to attack the nose of the bull and hang on without getting thrown off, but also for its fearless willingness to pursue the dangerous bull regardless of intense pain or crippling injury. Over the next two centuries, the early bulldog continued to evolve for the sport of bull baiting. Massive heads, stocky bodies, and incredibly powerful jaws were most desired, and were bred accordingly. They were also bred to be freakishly savage and ferocious to the point that they were becoming increasingly dangerous to humans. Bull-baiting, as well as bear-baiting, reached the peak of its popularity in England in the early 1800s until it was made illegal by the Cruelty to Animals Act of 1835. This left the bulldog with no useful purpose and a threat to average citizens. Determined to make these dogs suitable for civilized life, professional breeders intervened with a full breed rehabilitation process. They started to cross the early bulldog with the shorter and less athletic Pug and allowed only calm and less aggressive offspring to reproduce. Soon the savage bulldog of centuries past was no longer, and the new more acceptable bulldog quickly grew in popularity as a house pet. Today, we are faced with a similar situation with the pit bull. Pit bulls have affixed a reputation for aggression and viciousness over the last twenty-five years. Irresponsible backyard breeding has resulted in unstable dogs that are not suited for domestic life and often end up in shelters all over the country. Pit bull enthusiasts and owners have a deep affection for the breed for many reasons and are passionately against any sort of breed ban legislation. The solution, in my opinion, should begin with how pit bulls are acquired. Even though many people generally encourage adopting a dog from a shelter over purchasing one from a professional kennel, the pit bull is a special case that people need to consider. There are many professional pit bull breeders who have sterling reputations for good temperaments, health, and most importantly, the genetic history and documentation of each dog. As long as we allow stray pit bulls with questionable backgrounds to be adopted by ill prepared and uneducated people, we will continue to have incidences of pit bull attacks. The early bulldog was successfully transformed in a systematic and responsible manner, and pit bulls should be allowed to evolve in the same way.
