7 Strategies To Get Super Rich In Network Marketing By Eric Mclaughlin
If you wanted to know if there is a secret formula to get super rich in network marketing, there is.
But the problem is not the formula, the problem is the people. Over 90% of those who read this will not follow this formula. And those are the people who are the opportunity seekers who jump form one opportunity to another thinking the problem is with the company.
The fact is that the problem lies in them. If the leaders in a company are walking across the stage receiving bonus checks then there is nothing wrong with the company or comp plan, they proved that it is possible. The problem lies within the individual themselves.
If you want to get super rich in network marketing, then follow the simple steps I've outlined below.
7 Strategies That You Need To Be Super Rich
1. Develop An Affinity With MLM
Have a real intimate feeling for the people you are marketing to. Find out their pain, why they're frustrated and confused. Understand that they are angry because they've been lied to, cheated and misled. They've tried a lot of different things in the opportunity market and they're in constant emotional turmoil.
The marketers who do the best job at at letting the prospect know that they are understood are the one who help the most people and make the most money.
Nothing takes the place of people feeling like they're understood. So the most important thing you need to understand is that emotional pain drives the opportunity marketplace.
2. Send Out For Other Network Marketing Information
All of the ideas that you are looking for are already being used by other network marketers and network marketing companies. You need to get familiar with every single MLM company that you can. This lets you immerse yourself in the marketplace and find the common denominators you need to market effectively.
The easiest way to do this is to create a junk email address and opt in to every business opportunity you can. Study their headlines, see how their sales funnels are set up, notice the hypnotic persuasions and emotional trigger techniques they are using.
Another good way to do this is to go to your local book store and buy a couple of business opportunity magazines and the weekend edition of USA Today. Locate the classified ads and send off for all of the 'work from home' business opportunities they offer. Send off for every single one.
The purpose of this is not because you are interested in these opportunities but rather to understand and get feel of what is going on in the business opportunity world.
You're going to get more junk mail than you can handle but that is the point. Open the packages, read the sales letters, study the calls to action. Create a swipe file and gather the best ones for you to reference later when you are putting together a marketing campaign.
Even if you have no idea on how to market effectively, just follow this strategy, you will develop an eye for marketing.
3. Know What Your Customers Want
Learn what people in this industry want and give them only these things. Don't give them what they need, what you think they need, or what you think they want. Give them ONLY what they want.
I can tell you the only thing they want are systems where everything is put together for them all in one place ad one that is easy to teach to do as well (known as duplication).
They want to know that they will be able to run a profitable and viable home based business. The simpler and easier it is for them the better.
4. Start Small
This is one that most entrepreneurs will never follow and is why they're dead broke. Before you start spending $1000′s of dollars on fancy full page ads, 2000 click solo ads, and direct mail marketing you want to start small so that you can get a feel of what works and what doesn't.
Instead of the full page magazine ads you want to start with running a couple small space ads that only cost an average of $100 and let it run for 30 days. Instead of 2000 click solo ads run a couple of 250 click solo ads.
You will ALWAYS break even so you won't be spending any money doing this. The most important thing to do is split test (running two ads at the same time and see which once converts best) and scale your advertising. Scaling means taking the profit that you've earned from your previous campaign and spend more money on the ads that worked.
Before you know it you will be spending thousands of dollars on laser targeted and highly responsive ads that will have you enrolling reps into your business faster than you think is possible.
5. Segment your Email List
You need to separate your email list based on who is the most responsive to your emails and those who have previously purchased from you (if you sell an affiliate front end product). These are your best prospects. You have to take better care of them and develop a real bond and connection with them, almost like a friendship.
You have to have constant contact and let them know that you are really trying to help them. That helps them feel better about you and will trust you meaning that they are more likely to join you and your business.
6. Develop Alliances With Other Smart Marketers
Don't make the mistake of hiding yourself. Go out there and find the best marketers you can do business with and become their best friends. There are so many people out there that have more experience than you do and will help you through some of the pitfalls they went through. Nobody gets rich by themselves and if you study all of the top network marketers in the industry, you'll find that they've had a lot of help and guidance along the way.
7. Plan And Organize
You need to plan and organize so you can keep track of everything and be more successful. It's boring, but it absolutely necessary. It helps you set the agenda, set deadlines, keeping your business in motion, and putting yourself under some pressure to get it done.
Basically it forces you to keep the work flowing. The most important fact of this strategy is this: If you want to make more money then more of planning and organizing you'll have to do. This is what separates those who are making $5,000 a month from $50,000 a month.
All you have to know is what to market to your prospects and they will be storming at you with money in hand.
Think of network marketing as a giant safe that's filled with hundreds of thousands and even millions of dollars. Just figure out the magic numbers to unlock this safe and all of the money can be yours.
I've already given you a head start on cracking the code. Now take action and follow the strategies that can have you Get Super Rich In Network Marketing.

Your Career in the New Year: Three Resolutions Worth Keeping By Kristen M Harris
I love a new year! It always feels so filled with possibility. It's a fresh start and time to try something new. Instead of the same old resolution to lose ten pounds, exercise every day, or give up chocolate (gasp), this year make some resolutions worth keeping. Here are three ideas that will make a difference in your career over the next year, and for many years to come.
Gain new skills. In the creative industry we can never stop learning. Today individuals are responsible for the growth of their own skills and career; an employer may help fund or provide learning opportunities, but you are responsible for guiding your own growth. Stay up-to-date (ideally on the cutting edge) of what's going on in your industry and your discipline. Take a class, learn new software, or build complementary skill sets. Learning comes in all shapes and sizes, from formal to informal. There are great classes offered at local schools, community centers, and through our Illumination Bureau. Informally, you can also learn from peers, other industry group members, at a presentation, or in a seminar. Creativity often happens when you try something new, something outside of your discipline. Go to an architecture presentation, take a cooking class, learn to weld. You never know where inspiration and ideas will come from, or how you'll use that skill in the future.
Connect with inspiration. To be interesting, be interested. Read everything, research a new idea, go to an exhibition, listen to a speaker, watch a movie, or just walk around your neighborhood. There is content, information and data everywhere. In fact, it often feels overwhelming; you'll never be able to read or consume everything available. Choose a few interesting blogs, newsletters, Facebook pages, or publications to follow. Every so often allow yourself to follow an interesting path down the rabbit hole. Click, click, click... suddenly you're exposed to artwork you've never seen or are reading an author you've never heard of. The joy of discovery can lead to fresh inspiration.
Meet interesting people. The creative industry is a tight ecosystem, it always seems like everyone knows everyone else. At your next industry event, make a point of talking to someone you don't know. Interesting conversations happen with people who are different from you. Attend events for your industry, or for another industry you are drawn to. Find a hobby or an organization to get involved with, related to your professional discipline or not. Connect, or re-connect with former teachers, supervisors, classmates or co-workers. Find someone you consider a mentor (formal or informal, really a mentor is just someone you respect and can learn from). Meet to chat with them periodically.
By focusing attention on one or more of these areas, you'll have an intriguing and engaging new year while building skills, experience, inspiration, and connections that will serve you well for years to come.
